Free stuff!

Today, I accompanied my friend on a shopping trip to the local mall as she was looking for an outfit for her Kpop concert tomorrow. I’m low on cash, so I decided to cut back on my purchases. While my haul wasn’t as impressive as hers, mine were all free!

We went to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch where I ordered small plates of Chicken Croquettes and Tempura Shrimp Stuffed Peppers. I didn’t finish all of my food and asked for the leftovers to be bagged. Our server agreed, but eventually forgot about it. When I asked her about it, she must’ve thrown away my leftovers because she gave me a new order of Chicken Croquettes to take home… FOR FREE!

I routinely get promotions in the mail for free Victoria’s Secret panties and those are the only times I buy underwear from them, as they tend to be more expensive than I’d like. I prefer Target‘s better-priced and cuter Xhilaration line. The above panty is a lace-waist hiphugger in blue snowflakes flavor.

The free Midnight Pomegranate lotion is from a free promotion from Bath & Body Works, which shares the same umbrella company as Victoria’s Secret. I usually only buy things there when they have their huge sale where everything’s $5 or under. I’ve amassed quite a haul from these sales, so I’ve refrained from buying more. This ensures that I can actually use up everything I’ve bought.
